Jammu, Aug 13: No doubts there are countless questions on the integrity of top IAS Officers of JKUT, who openly did not bothered LG's time bound orders like AC's Decisions No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 & dtd 25th July 2024, which is causing harassment to thousand of innocents of JKUT & is a proved case of derliction of dutys, intentional delay in public works & losing their utility in the administrations including FCR, Revenue Secretary, Div Com/ DC's but neither LG nor CM bothered to punish such like officers, which made other officers more powerful to harass general public, on whose taxes they are enjoying huge salarys & other incentives, no doubts raised a pointer towards JKUT as a whole?
However, CM, Omar Abdullah also constituted a high powered committee dtd 15th Sept 2025 by which he sought report over the same issue in 15 days but today 11 months are over neither CM nor his bog team of officers bothered to act on non compliance of CM's orders, are such officers competent, CM should evaluate?
It is also to mention here that one Minister has also communicated to CM for removal of one senior most JKAS Officer, who has assigned the charge as Deputy Commissioner twice for his competence in J&K, is another question of J&K Govt
But one Minister/Commissioner/ Secretary put a question mark on the Integrity & working of a senior JKAS Officer, who is at SNO 83 of the Seniority List of JKAS by commenting in a Govt order that "NOT RESPOSIBLE, HENCE DIFFICULT TO ASSIGNED ANY WORK", no doubts damaged the full image of the one of the competent JKAS Officer & better among others up to some level, otherwise how he was promoted upto saud level & in below hunder in number in seniority list of JKAS Officer?
