Jammu, JULY 27: CAT asked J&K Govt to file an affidavit report clarifying whether appointment to post of Junior Engineer after 1992 entitled to benefit of 08 advance increments.
The Order copy reads " In O.A./206/2025 (JAMMU) titled JAGMEET SINGHVsFINANCE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Reply has been filed on behalf of Accountant General which istaken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file an affidavitreport clarifying whether the employees appointed to the post ofJunior Engineer after the year 1992 were entitled to the benefit of eight advance increments on account of possessing a degree qualification.
