Jammu, July 27: Jammu Development Authority bosses are in question in various Court, Govt & in public as well on various issues.
However, Sourab, Secretary JDA , who is in question in many matters is intentionally sleeping over report of a issue of illegal rejection of Building Permission Case by JDA's CTP, which report stands sought by Commissioner/Secretary, H&UDD vide communicated No. HUD-JDA/35/2026-(C.No. 7760804) dtd. 19/06/2026 but today 39 days are over but despite instructions from VC, JDA to forward the report/comments on the matter, the boss Secretary is still sleeping on the report despite factual reporting by CTP with facts of illegality committed by JDA for rejection of BP Case.
The said action of Jammu Development Authority as a whole clearly speaks that if JDA Bosses are working like it by sleeping to act on communication of Govt, how they have been bothering to act on other public requests.
It is also to mention here that in one Notice under Section 50 of J&K Development Act of 1970, which was related to Master Plan & JDA being the custodian of Master Plan to resolve the said illegal issue imposed in Master Plan & which was lying pending in JDA Sourab Secretary, JDA, communicated to applicant to make same request to Govt, otherwise he would have forwarded same to Govt, who so ever for disposal of said application, which raised another question on him.
