39 Amarnath Yatra pilgrims injured in Accident: LG Manoj Sinha , Sakina Itoo visit SKIMS

SRINAGAR, July 28: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, to enquire about the condition of 39 Amarnath Yatra pilgrims injured in a road accident in Ganderbal district.

The LG met the injured pilgrims and their attendants, enquired about their health and wished them a speedy recovery.

He also reviewed the medical treatment being provided and directed the hospital administration and other concerned officials to ensure the best possible care and extend all necessary assistance to the injured devotees.

Sinha was accompanied by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir V.K. Birdi, and other senior civil and police officials. 

Minister for Health and Medical Education Sakina Itoo also visited the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, to inquire about the health condition and well-being of the Amarnath Yatra pilgrims injured in  road accident in Ganderbal.
