Jammu, July 21:It is a serious issue as Engineers are specifically meant for specific jobs as per Engineering Work Manual but could not understood that how JKAS Officer, who should be well versed with J&K CSR, Book of Financial Powers & other related service rules of J&K, if IAS Officers, are not aware of in passing/approving orders.
However, Sourabh, JKAS Officer working as Secretary following other questionable Orders/communications, recently issued orders by assigning charge for the posts of KWOs to 02 Astt Ex Engineers, , who have been asked to work under , Tehsildar, being Estate Officer!
However after publication by Cross town News, Engineers Association communicated to Vice Chairman, JDA to withdraw the said illegal order, by which AEEs has been assigned charge as Khilaf Warzi Officer by which they have to report Tehsildar being Estate Officer.
