Fmr CS of J&K passes away

SRINAGAR, July 20: Syed Muzaffar Aga, former Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir passed away  at the residence of his daughter in Gulberg, Lahore.

He was 108 and moved there after death of his son .
