JAMMU, July 13: Jammu and Kashmir Government ordered Regular Promotion of retired Engineer as Assistan Executive Engineer.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads " In partial modification to the Government Order No. 238-JK(JSD) of 2023 dated 06.10.2023 issued under endorsement No. JSD-HRM01/2/2023-ADM-JSD (CC No. 7287346) dated 06.10.2023, sanction is hereby accorded to the regular promotion in favour of Shri Rajesh Jain, retired Assistant Engineer as Assistant Executive Engineer, in the Pay Level-10A (56600-179800) (Pre-revised in the Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5600/-) notionally w.e.f. 01.03.2021 to 31.08.2021 and monetarily w.e.f. 01.09.2021 instead of “notional w.e.f. 01.03.2021” under the provisions of Article 242 of J&K CSR Vol-I (figuring at Sr. No. 176 in the aforesaid Govt. Order)."
