Jammu, July, 12: There are some questions on Jt. Commissioner(A) of Jammu Municipal Corporation like allowing one Head Draftsman as Building Officer, without any order by the Govt/Authority for said post and now issued Seniority List of Officials of JMC but forgets to enter the name of one Executive Engineer, whose case he processed himself for promotion as Executive Engineer to Government for conducting DPC, sources told Cross Town News.
