Srinagar, July 4: No doubts there are countless questions on Health Department of J&K for allowing lot of Pvt Hospitals/Nursing Homes to run in city areas without mandatory parking facility, without display of different rates of procedures, without working ICU, without implementation of mandatory guidelines issued by GOI & other related matters too.
But, today to show its presence, the Health Department has recommended the registration of an FIR against a private IVF clinic after sealing the facility over alleged regulatory violations and medical negligence in connection with the death of a 35-year-old woman following an IVF procedure.
It said the IVF centre at Tengpora was found to be operating from an under-construction building without the required permissions. Following an inspection by the department soon after the death was reported, the facility was immediately sealed but where the concerned CMO/BMO were sleeping begore death & how it was allowed to run without proper NOC, are some questions on Health Department as a whole?
However, investigations are being carried out simultaneously by the police and the Health Department.
Shall so called competent bosses of Health Department of JKUT open their eyes to crackdown on unregistered & other such like health concerns/Pvt hospitals/nursing homes etc etc running without NOCs/requirements/ renewals as per norms to save innocent public from such kind of killers /looters with consent of some of culprit officers of Health Department?
