Jammu, June 16: No doubts there are countless questions on integrity & incompetence of lot of Govt , as Govt is facing countless litigations on the expenses of public taxes along with TA/DA of Officers on the fault of officers?
Till some tough actions not taken on officers/Law Officers etc etc for causing illegal & litigations in violations , till then system cannot be set right to give justice to innocent employees & public from the cruel clutches of such like incompetent officers.
However, Govt can see Govt caused a litigation in the year 2017 & which was followed by various rounds & Benches but thereafter getting a win in litigations fighting & others since 08 years by an innocent, Court vide order dtd. 13.03.2025, questioned Govts rejection following which, J&K Govt after playing delay tactics by throwing case here & there, constrained to issue regularization orders, details with CTN read as under:-
