New Delhi, May 22: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued the Drugs (Second Amendment) Rules, 2026 under the Drugs Rules, 1945.
The amendment will come into effect after its publication in the Official Gazette. Under the revised rules, “Pregabalin” has been added as Serial No. 51 in Schedule H1 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, following public consultation and review of objections and suggestions received.
