On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee/Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the regular promotion of Mr. Mohammad Akbar Malik, In-charge Assistant Director, Handloom as Assistant Director, Handloom in the Jammu and Kashmir Handloom (Gazetted) Service, in the PB-II 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4800(PR), w.e.f. 01.02.2002 to 30.04.2009.
The above regularization/confirmation is subject to the final outcome of the writ petition(s), if any, pending before any Competent Court of Law.
