Srinagar, May 08: J&K Govt sanctioned case of grant of voluntary retirement of a govt Teacher, details with CTN read as under:
Reference: i) Administrative Department's communication No: Edu-NG K/ 107/2024-01 (7451321) Dated 20.11.2025.
ii) Title Verification issued by Principal Accountant General's No: PNR-3/S-4/VR/1787 Dated 31.12.2024. ii) Vigilance clearance report received from GAD (Vig) vide form No, 409975 Dated 27.03.2026. iv) Quasi Permanency Order issued vide No. 248-DSEK of 2025 dated 22.09.2025.
In pursuance of Article 230 (1) of J&K Civil Service Regulations Vol-I read with SRO-217 dated 22.05.2017, post facto sanction is hereby accorded to the grant of voluntary retirement in favour of Ms. Sabba Afroze, Teacher, PS Dargund Zone Soibugh, District Budgam w.e.f. 01.03.2025.
