Jammu, March 26: No doubts there are countless questions on the working of Shaleen Kabra, ACS as a whole & his efficiency & competence is well known to Govt, so why LG has assigned him additional charge of various prestigious departments like allowed him to hold chair of FCR since more than 05 years, Chairman WARRA etc etc.
Now, one can see one more live example of his competence or proved case of delay tactics as Div Com forwarded case of one Govt Official to FCR on 04.02.2025 for acceptance of resignation but after lapse of more than one year Shaleen Kabra, on 25.03.2026 issued the orders of acceptance of resignation after lapse of more than one year, now otherwise it is another matter of enquiry that whether the official has joined new posting after the day he applied for resignation or till day he was waiting for acceptance of his resignation?
If the official has joined new services in 2024 after applying for resignation, how he joined without acceptance of resignation & responsibility for proved delay in accepting resignation needed to be fixed on the concerned officer, which is otherwise a proved case of causing intentional delay in public works?
