Jammu, March 26: No doubts there are countless questions on the working of JK H&UDD as a whole on various issues but despite knowing the facts & after formation of Govt, the bosses are adopting "Pick & Choose" in promotions in Jammu municipal Corporation despite its "Re-Organization" orders issued since years, no doubts a big question on the bosses of H&UDD for such nan illegal act to adjust their blue eyeds?
It is to mention here that when ever Re-Organization of any department come in operation further higher placements are needed to be done as per Recruitment Rules into the matter but it has been noticed that despite Reorganization order stands issued by H&UDD, till day bosses are sleeping on Final Notification of Recruitment Rules despite these stands approved by ARI & Trainings Department since months, no doubts raised a pointer towards the big boss of the department?
It has also been observed that H&UDD, itself to make higher placements in violation of Re organization orders issued is conducting DPC's in JMC to adjust selected ones & killing the promotional Avenues of eligible by withholding Recruitment Rules of JMC, no doubts, if enquired shall detect a scam of violations for vested considerations, otherwise what was the fun of issuing Re-Organization orders for Jammu Municipal Corporation?
However, today again, just an eye wah, H&UDD has issued orders for Re-Organization orders of J&K Architects Organization, copy with CTN read as under:-
