Jammu, March 26: No doubts, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha constituted a three-member high-level committee to inquire into the tragic landslide incident that occurred near Adhkawari on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji track in Reasi district on August 26 causing 34 deaths of innocents.
According to an order issued by Raj Bhavan, the committee was headed by the Shaleen Kabra , Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Department of Jal Shakti & was directed to submit report in two weeks, which stands exhausted on 13th of September but now on today is 267th of March 2026 i.e. 07 months has passed after the said undesired incident but "India" is waiting for the report to fix the responsibility of the culprit officer, who did not stopped the yatra despite Advisory stands issued on 25th August.
No doubts, it raised a pointer towards the working & intentions of Shaleen Kabra, who is the senior most IAS Officer in J&K & likely to be next Chief Secretary but non compliance of previous LGs ACs Decisions dtd 29th ja 2022 & 25th July 2024 over a public issue but played delay tactics causing the issue to remain in files but in violation of Rules/Law over the issue & now again non compliance of LG's time bound orders over report on 34 deaths & no actions by LG, speaks of some doubtful & super powers of Shaleen Kabra, IAS, over LG Office, who has been assigned multiple charge of various prime departments as a reward?
Lot of peoples, while speaking to Cross Town News also said, if Kabra has submitted his report, it should be made public because public wanted to know the facts of the incident especially the faimlys , who have untimely lost their near ones.
However, enquiry order copy with CTN read as under:-
