Jammu, Dec 10: In C.P./385/2024 (JAMMU) [ CONTEMPT ] In O.A./1863/2021 titled HANS RAJ Vs SH AJIT KUMAR SAHU COMMISSIONER CUM SECRETARY TO IRRIGATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DEPARTMENT after hearing DB of CAT ordered as under:-
Eleven Opportunities have been granted to the contemnors to comply with the order of this Court, however it has not been complied with till date.
Moreover, the order in question has also been upheld by the Hon'ble High Court, despite of this, they are not complying the order.
Now, in the interest of justice, and on the request made by Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. A.A.G. one more opportunity with two weeks' time is granted to comply with the order failing which bailable warrant would be issued against the Secretary, Irrigation & Flood Control Department, and Robkar would be framed against him.
