JAMMU, Dec 10: Home Department Jammu and Kashmir and Anti Corruption Bureau J&K are in action mode over Irregularities in Firemen/Firemen Drivers Selection process , which is being widely appreciated.
As per details with Cross Town News Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has already blacklisted Firms involved.
Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K conducted verification with regard to the allegations against M/s LMES IT LLP and role of Mr.M.K. Wali and based on the said verification report, formal case FIR No. 01/2025was registered in P/S Anti Corruption Bureau, Central, Jammu.
As per details with Cross Town News, there after recommendations with regard to blacklisting of M/s LMES IT LLP and MR. M.K.Wali, Private Vendor from participating in any recruitment-related bid conducted by the Government of Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir, under Rule 151 of GFR 2017, from the Home Department vide OM dated 27.06.2025 and dated 16.09.2025, were placed before the Competent Authority.
Thereafter Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha accorded sanction to the blacklisting of M/s LMES IT LLP and Mr. Maharaj Krishan Wali, Private Vendor from participating in any recruitment related bid to be conducted by the Government of Union Territory of Jammu Kashmir under Rule 151 of GFR, 2017.
Sources told Cross Town News that on the two strong reports of Anti Corruption Bureau which were reportedly submitted in the month of November , Home Department Jammu and Kashmir which is in action mode, likely to recommend further actions on those who run this Scam of illegal Selections , ruining future of deserving ones and as well as on beneficiary Selections.
