NEW DELHI, Mar 31: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment/in-situ upgradation of Officers as Additional Secretaries including erstwhile J&K cadre IAS Officer Sarita Chauhan to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
