Jammu, Dec 10: No doubts there are countless questions on working of JDA as a whole for misuse of powers by this way & the other but none of such officxer has been acted upon, which is making full failure of JDA as a whole?
Now, one can see the open media conversation of Chief Minister of J&K on a selective demolition that even he being concerned Minister of H&UDD not informed by the boss Vice Chairman, JDA, no doubts is itself a question on VC JDA & his concerned team of their supremacy above rule/law?
However, it has been told that said Notice was issued by one so called JKAS topper, Tehsildar, JDA without any signed approval on file speaks of some doubtful questions of competence otherwise in RTI reply she denied information to applicant on her personal case to detect the scam of intentional delay of work by JDA by quoting it cannot be provided u/s 8(i)(b), which is totally in violation but was not acted by DLM & VC JDA BUT supported her illegal observations of sec 8(1)(b) & others contradictory observation in Appeal needed to be enquired & acted upon to see incompetence of concerned officers?
Even said Tehsildar is not bothering to reply & act on Div Coms time bound actions speaks of her super powers but VC JDA & DLM are not able to check it, no doubts a serious issue, which is clear from Div Coms last communicationno.502/Misc/Jmu/25/1106 dtd. 03.12.2025 by which some reports were sought within 02 days but Tehsildar is still sleeping on the said issue & today is 11.12.2025?
However, CM called for details of all encroached lands of JDA in couple of days from VC JDA but sure that JDA could not have able to provide in toto till today because even they are not in complete knowledge of it, so why these lands are being encroached since years & causing litigations on Govt expenses in later stage, which is also proved in RTI reply of Tehsildar as such like details were sought.
One more open illegality of VC JDA with league of DLM/Tehsildar can be seen & proved from withdrawing charge of Enforcement wing from departmental persons & assigning to Girdawers/Patwaries, who are already over burdened & cannot collect information on JDA's vacant lands has been assigned charge of Khilaf Warzi Wing in violation of Rules for the said post, which is evident clear from the below snapshots, needed to be acted upon but if CM cannot act then who is the competent authority should see & act for open illegality's being committed by VC JDA along with his team to give justice to innocents.
