Jammu, Dec 09: In WP(C) No. 1348/2022 titled Ashok Kumar V/s UT of J&K and ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted last and final opportunity of two weeks to report instructions in terms of the previous order, failing which, the liquidator claimed to have been appointed qua the JAKFED, Jammu shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
