Ld. counsel for the petitioner stated that the Hon'ble High Court of J&K and thereafter the Hon'ble Supreme Court has upheld the decision passed by this CAT Bench in O.A. No. 1104 of 2021 and dismissed the petition of the State.
Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. AAG stated that compliance report is under process and be filed very soon.
In the interest of justice, the contemnors are directed to comply the order failing which the Secretary PHE would remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing, otherwise bailable warrant shall be issued against them.
