SRINAGAR, Oct 16: Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed IAS officer Gurpal Singh, currently Managing Director of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL), as the new Chairperson for the Technical Co-ordination Committee (TCC) for the Northern Region and committee acts on behalf of the J&K Power Development Department.
