Jammu, Oct 16: Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has declared November 11, 2025 (Tuesday) as a paid holiday for all persons employed in businesses, trades, Industrial undertakings, and other establishments who are entitled to vote in connection with the bye-elections to Budgam and Nagrota Assembly Constituencies.
