Jammu, Oct 16: In T.A./6916/2020 (JAMMU) SWP/WP NO. 797/2019 titled GURCHARAN SINGH Vs D/O FORESTS UT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR fter hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated13.06.2024, Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG on the instruction of DFO, Forest Division, Poonch has made the statement that reply stands filed in this matter.
However, the same has not been filed till date. The DFO has mislead the Court by giving wrong instruction to his Govt. counsel. So, this Court is contrained to pass such a harsh order to stop the salary of the DFO, Forest Division, Poonch (respondent no. 5) with immediate effect.
Further the DFO is directed to remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of heairng and explain why he was conveyed wrong instruction to his Govt. counsel.
The DDO concerned is directed to make sure that the salary of the respondent no. 5 be not released without further order of the Court.
List on 30.10.2025.
In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file reply.
