Jammu, Oct 01: It is to mention here that there are specific guideline of deciding RDAs against officers in a specified period of time for suitable actions during service but it has been observed lot of officers prefer to sleep over such issues for years for the reasons best known to them needed to be acted upon.
Now one can see GAD forwarded a communication to Jal Shakti Boss on 14.06.2018 for RDA against the officer for misuse of official position & allotting work of Rs 5.28 Lakh but after years govt kept itself busy in conducting enquiry and now imposed penalty of Rs 52.400 to be recovered from retired officer, detailed copy with CTN reads as under:-
