JAMMU, Sept 30: After publication by Cross Town News on Sunday over delay in notification of revised Jammu Master Plan, Govt conducted final meeting & submitted Revised Jammu Master Plan for its approval to Cabinet.
It is to added that nearly a year of procedural delays and prolonged consultations, the much-awaited draft of the revised Jammu Master Plan shall now finally now come out of the cage, where it was locked since years otherwise it was to be notified after 05 years of its notification, of March 2017 because it was having countless defects like proposed roads in constructed area, missing of bye laws of various items causing harassment to innocents & also rejections on proposed roads were questioned by then Pr Sec H&UDD Deeraj Gupta.
It is to mentioned that Deeraj Gupta as Pr Secretary, H&UDD sought a detailed enquiry in to illegal rejection vide no. CTP/JDA/BPC/1039-41 dtd02.02.202 on wrong & illegal observations of existence of "proposed road passing through the said plot" but it is to mention here that JDA itself allowed countless buildings nearby to said rejection but without BP Case causing loss of lakhs to Govt by way of BP Fee & then VC Pankaj Mangotra submitted the report to Govt vide no. JDA/CTP/000176/388 dtd. 1.10.2022 and agreed that rejection of CTP of JDA was wrong wrt observations of CTP of Town Planning Org, but thereafter Mr Gupta was transferred & the issue was not taken up & put in dudt bin.
However, since 2017 the said illegal item of so called "proposed road" was neither constructed nor notified by JDA & not deleted from the MP of 2032 but after continuous publications by Cross Town News over the illegal facts in Master Plan, Govt proposed to revise Master plan but no actions on defaulting officer, who did it causing harassment to general public?
Above all, it is to mention here that vide dtd 19.07.2024 the applicant submitted an request to VC JDA for treating her BP Case deemed sanctioned as illegal observations were imposed on her BP Case, which was followed by other requests but strange the said letter was received by JDA vide receipt no. 28 Dtd 19.07.2024 & strange till day so called competent & honest officers of JDA did not bothered to reply clearly speaks that BP case is deemed sanctioned, no doubts an another matter of enquiry on JDA for causing Woman Harassment on a genuine case?
