Leh, Sept 29: Kargil Democratic Alliance leaders left Kargil for talks scheduled to be held in New Delhi Today evening, if the Apex Body leaders of LAB reach capital by then but the LAB leaders are, however, expected to leave for Delhi only after funeral of two remaining civilians killed in police and CRPF firing.
