JAMMU, Sep 22: PIO, Secretary of JDA interestingly posted the reply with back dated No/dt of 02 Aug 2025 because 30 days after receiving RTI were being over on 2nd Aug, so why it reached to applicant on 18th of August away with a distance of just 3 Kms from JDA Office because, which can be verified from postal dispatch date of reply.
Another efficiency of Secretary, the PIO of JDA can be seen from reply that some required informations he refused by quoting wrong sections 8(1)(b) of RTI ACT of 2005, which can never be implemented on the said information, if enquired shall speak the competence of concerned officers & shall speak how they would have been working in other routine works of public, needed to be acted upon.
However, Ist Appellant Authority after understanding the Act & wrong & illegal terms & conditions fixed by the boss Secretary, PIO, JDA on 15h Sep passed order to provide correct & information in 15 days.
