Jammu, May 17: Minister Javed Ahmed Rana paid rich tributes to Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, a dedicated and committed senior JKAS officer who tragically lost his life in cross LoC shelling in Rajouri.
The Minister praised his remarkable career and contributions to J&K administration in a meeting in Rajouri attended by legislators, DDC members and district officers who also remembered Dr. Thapa’s service with reverence and acknowledgement.
