Jammu, Aug 03:Extension of dates are legally possible for healthy competitions in tendering process for good competitive rates but some extensions create doubts as being extended for span of day and being continued without quoting any valid reasons that why it is being extended causing delay in execution of said works?
However, Cross Town News is in possession of countless acts of Division of Executive Engineer, PWD(R&B) Kathua , which can not be justified.
In first, one can see e NIT-21 , which was notified & thereafter being extended without quoting any valid reasons, however, extension of tenders, if enquired shall speak regarding his prerogative but without quoting any valid reasons as per GFR?
Now, it is the need of the day to enquire such details of each & every tender floated by him, to figure out unnecessary extensions.
