SRINAGAR, AUGUST 3: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of G.A. Peer, a former Commissioner Secretary in the Jammu and Kashmir Administration, who passed away in Srinagar after a brief illness.
