JAMMU, Mar 03: In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019, the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha directed that following amendment shall be made in notification S.0 58 of 2019 dated 31.12.20 19 as amended from time to time; namely:
In Annexure-II appended to the said notification, under the heading CLASSIFICATION OF OFFICERS', and sub-heading, 'Major Heads of Departments', after entry 141, the following entry shall be added; namely: "142. Secretary State Election Commission."
