JAMMU, July 28: Suresh Rekhi Ex. DGM JKPCC, who had been compulsorily retired as dead wood under Art.226 (2) J&K CSR may be with one charge that he had fraudently, obtained PRC in favor of him & his children’s. It has been observed from Govt. order No. Rev(PRC) 83 0F 2015 dated 15-05-2015 that PRC of Suresh Rekhi, SparshikaRekhi & RidhamRekhi has been cancelled by the Govt. It is also to mention here that Assistant Commissioner Revenue vide No. DCJ(PRC) /C/912-13 dated11-01-2014 recommended for the cancellation of the above said PRC’s issued by the same office.
It is pertinent to mention here that a FIR No. 19/2014-VOJ dated 17-06-2014 was registered in state vigilance organization against Suresh Rekhi & other officers who were involved in issuing PRC’s. It could be understood that if actions are taken on Suresh Rekhi for managing a fraud PRC, but a matter of a great concern to be looked into that how efficient are the officers, who issued it may be with some vested reasons known to them but they are still free with prize posting. It is also to mention here that in the said order it stands written that Mr. Rekhi was in possession of a PRC issued in year 1973.
