SHIMLA: 45 people were killed when a private bus rolled off the road and fell into Tons river in remote Nerwa area in Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh.
The accident site is along the border of Shimla district and Sirmaur district. The number of deaths are feared to rise, the police said.
The bus was on its way to Tiuni in Uttarakhand and around 56 passengers were on board.
