JAMMU, MARCH 14: A screening committee formed by the Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council (JKSSC) today started screening process for the new logos for the Council after which the best entry would be announced in coming days.
Sports Council had earlier invited entries for new conceptual logo depicting true sportsmanship, strength, unity, discipline and growth within the three regions of the state.
The competition was open for amateur and professional designers to show their creative skill and imagination. The prospective entries were asked to get registered with the Council office with their art work.
Secretary Sports Council, Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra informed that the committee has started the process for finalizing the best logo submitted under the competition and soon the best art work with the prize money of Rs 1 lakh will be announced.
