New Delhi, Feb 27: The Delhi Police arrested two girls of Govt. school Motinagar, Delhi for assaulting a minor. A case under IPC sections 328 and 34 and the POCSO Act has been registered against them.
The victim girl of 7 years in class 3rd reported that her seniors, who are in classes VIII and IX, took her into empty classrooms during breaks and made her perform undesired acts with her. The incident came in picture when the minor told her parents about the episode. Thereafter her father filed a complaint in the police station.
The investigations into the matter is going on by the police reports said.
