Jammu, March 04: Court has passed various orders to H&UDD for framing of Recruitment rules for regular promotions but despite court orders bosses did not bother to conduct DPCs.
This has allowed them to place officials of their choice on higher posts by quoting "Extant Rules" but in other cases rejecting cases by quoting Recruitment Rules has not approved.
After publications by Cross Town News , then Pr Secretary H&UDD, Div Coms/VCs acted upon adopting pick & choose & illegality being committed by JDA & harassment issue on UTEIC, as not being used in JMC & was stopped in SMC/SDA since 2016, then VC JDA communicated to Pr Secretary H&UDD since more than one year over the issue but no actions.
However, a communication got from JDA through RTI, shall speak of allowing different yardsticks in JDA only & not replying actions on the said issue.
However, the communication of VC JDA & no actions by Commissioner/Secretary, H&UDD till day ?
