SRINAGAR, Oct 06: Jammu & Kashmir Government sought more time in liquor ban PIL filed on Tuesday.Advocate General appeared sought a week’s time to file comprehensive report for relocation of shops situated near hospital, religious places, educational institutions, state highways in state of Jammu & Kashmir in view of the direction issued by the Hon’ble court of J&K on 29th Sep 15. The matter is posted for further proceedings on 14th Oct 2015.A PIL was filed by a Religious group in the High court seeking blanket ban on consumption of liquor in state.
