JAMMU, Feb 07: It is a matter of great concern that one Sr. Joginder Singh as STP, JDA put online a plan for issuance of NOC from concerned vide submit No. 209 dated 30.05.2013 of 3 Kanal plot. A long time lapsed but in violation of Municipal Bye Laws of 2011 the plan was not sanctioned.
However commission established land 2K, 04 marlas after demarcation vide no. DCS/SQ/14-15/804 dated 28.10.2014 addressed to VC JDA. Thereafter applicant submitted a new plan of 1k 19 m on the same site for sanction for which NOC for 2k 04 marla was issued by ACR Samba dated 20.02.2015. JDA malafiedly sent for NOC from UTEIC, which applicant got.
Interestingly Sr. Joginder Singh was CTP, TPO & Membe Secretary, UTEIC addressed letters to all members of UTEIC for NOC in violations vide No. CTPJ/BPC/TAC/2015-16/21-26 dated 16.04.2015. He did not sent that plan as STP, JDA for 3 Kanal of same plot. Thereafter for vested considerations e the big boss vide No. CTP/J/BPC/TAC/2015-16/48-50 dated 19.05.2015 asked CTP. JDA “Whether the land is yet to be purchased by applicant” The matter may be clarified……. Despite papers were enclosed and he know the facts.
CTP, JDA dated 29.06.2015 cleared as “The applicant submitted BP for 1K 19M out of 2.4 Kanals of land for which NOC stands granted”
Very strange to write about Joginder Singh as CTP & Member Secretary, UTEIC communicated to Chairman, UTEIC (Divisional Commissioner,) Jammu, in letter dated 11-07.2015 “NOC is for 2 Kanal 04 Marla & plan submitted is 1Kanal 19 Marla so proposal cannot be recommended for approval”. It is a matter of a great enquiry?
It speaks the malafidies or non competence of officer. To clear the issue/words by CTN into the matter is that “If one applicant is owner of 10 Kanal of land, he should submit a plan of 10 Kanal for construction as per CTP’s above version not for 1K,2K,3K or 4Kanals.
It is a matter of high level enquiry, the said officer was attached & again posted in JMC.
