JAMMU, Sept 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charge of Additional Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, J&K, to senior JKAS officer Hitesh Gupta, Additional Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department, for smooth functioning of the Mission Directorate.
