Jammu, Jan 31: Independent MLA from Udhampur , Pawan Gupta was marshalled out of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly when he created uproar and protested against Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti remarks that anybody abrogation of Article 370 will be anti-national.
As soon as the House assembled for proceedings on Tuesday morning, Gupta shouted in the House and slammed BJP for remaining silent on Mehbooba Mufti's remarks yesterday in her speech and said that Abrogation of Article 370 was core issue of BJP and how they could remain mum on this.
Gupta said that either the government should aplogise for its statement or withdraw it.
Congress MLC Naresh Gupta , dissatisfied over the reply of the Minister for Power , staged walkout over what he described as completely false and misleading reply about the un-electrified villages in District Doda.
Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Power Dr. Nirmal Singh was not in the house and MOS Syed Farooq Andrabi was replying on his behalf, he claimed that he will submit the list of electrified villages to the member.
