ED Attaches Assets Worth Rs 121 Crore Of Mayor's Brother, IAS Officer In Liquor Scam In Chhattisgarh

Raipur, May 24: The ED has attached properties of accused worth Rs 121 crore in the Chhattisgarh liquor scam case Raipur Mayor's brother Anwar Dhebar, IAS officer Anil Tuteja have been arrested by ED in the case in the Chhattigarh a Rs 2,000-crore liquor scam case, which happened between 2019 and 2022 that was allegedly being operated with the help of top politicians and bureaucrats in Chhattisgarh.

The assets of Anwar Dhebar, IAS officer Anil Tuteja, former MD of Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Ltd. Arun Pati Tripathi and others have been attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Anwar Dhebar, Tripathi and two others have been arrested by the ED in this case till now.
