Jammu, Jan 30: MLA Sopore Haji Abdul Rashid Dar sought resignation of Rural Development Minister, Haq Khan for misleading the house on the transfers of BDO in Sopore Constituency.
MLA waived the copies of transfers of the BDO transferred more than half a dozen times in just five to six months.
He said that refuting the charges of premature transfers by Abdul Haq Khan mislead the house and as such deserves to be relieved of the charge as minister for Rural Development.
Chief minister and Speaker assured him that they will look into the matter.
