Jammu, Sep 09: One JKAS Officer just to make himself free from the illegalities committed in violation of Recruitment Rules & other matters, issued one Legal Notice & got it published in Media & forwarded it in various Whatapp Groups including JKAS Officers and MLAS, by showing himself free from the issue but Officer raised questions on the integrity of senior IAS Officers over promotions & other related matters by quoting orders in Legal Notice, which was in violation of Service & Conduct Rules of J&K CSR.
Now in another episode , Block Development Officer in J&K communicated to an Assistant Engineers issuing directions and using words " You are hereby Direcetd " , following which Assistant Engineer, hits back and communicated with Govt Orders & rules/guidelines.
It is to mention here that as per Delegation of Financial Powers Assistant Engineers stands at SNO 59 & BDO stands at SNO 85.
