Minga stresses importance of 100% error-free digitised Jamabandies

BARAMULLA, JANUARY 23: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa convened a comprehensive Revenue Officers meeting at the DC office Conference Hall, here addressing key issues related to digitization, quality checks, and timely completion of Jammabandies.

The focus extended to the Geo-referencing of Cadastral maps, SVAMITVA, PM Kisan mutations, and online service delivery under PSGA.

ADC Baramulla, Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Raina, briefed the chair on the revenue department's functioning.

The DC stressed the importance of 100% error-free digitized Jamabandies and urged officers to meet the timelines for various processes.

Reviewing the status of court cases, Minga Sherpa directed Revenue officers to prioritize Revenue Court Cases, ensuring their timely upload on the RCCMS Portal.

Emphasizing adherence to rules, DC urged officers to dispose-off PSGA cases promptly.

The meeting aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and service delivery within the revenue department, promoting a culture of accountability and timely execution.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue Baramulla, Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad, all the Tehsildars of District and other Revenue officers and Officials were present in the meeting.
