Jammu, Dec 4: In CPSW No. 554/2014 titled Kuldip Singh Jamwal vs Atul Dulloo and anr. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Personal appearance of Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, Civil Secretariat, Union Territory of J&K is dispensed with for the time being.
2. CM No. 3559/2022 stands disposed of.
3. Mr. K. D. S. Kotwal, learned Dy.AG has produced a UO dated 30.11.2023 of the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and a perusal of the same reveals that the Law Department has advised the department concerned to take steps for implementation of the judgment of this Court dated 18.11.2013.
4. In view of the above, three weeks’ time is granted to the respondents to comply with judgment of this Court in letter and spirit, failing which, Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, Civil Secretariat, Union Territory of J&K, present incumbent shall remain present in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.
