Jammu, June 12: Dr Rakesh Minhas(IAS) DC Jammu is tough on State Land encroachers & has dared to dismantle structures of lot of top influential persons constructed on State Lands & even he has got the JDA Lands vacated, which JDA Authorities could not?
Continuing the process, on the directions of DC Jammu to concerned Revenue Officers to identify encroached State Lands & get these vacated, Monica Sharma(JKAS) Tehsildar, Bhalwal with the team of Police & Revenue Officers acted upon & got prime State Land measuring 5K & 04 Marla on Ring Road at Assarwan Village retrieved amounting to Rs 10 Crore approx.
Pertinent to mention following the line of DC Jammu of quick actions and implementations , Tehsildar Bhalwal Monica immediately sent a proposal for allotment of said land for construction of office of Prosecution Department on the said land, a desirable & good action.
Sources told Cross Town News that more such Lands in Bhalwal Tehsil to be allotted to Departments , as on directions of DC Jammu such lands are being retrieved.
