JAMMU, January 25: Divisional Sports Officer Jammu, Ashok Singh patters his blessings on Thang-Ta athletes at K K HAKU stadium today, here.
About 75 boys and girls in Sub Junior and senior age categories, excluding officials from different districts are taking part in 10 day coaching camp organised by J&K Thang--Ta association with J&K Sports Council, Interected with campers, Div. Sports Officer Jammu, said that Sports have been idealized as a way to heal wounds, mend Fences and rise about difference among cultures and nations. Regardless of age, gender or ethnicity, sports is enjoying by all:it's reach is unrivaled.
More importantly, through sports promotes universal values that transcend language and culture. Give your best in National championship and disseminate the team of sportsmanship, he added.
Earlier Ajaz Ahmad Bhat General secretary of the J&K Thang-Ta association presented the scheduled log of the coaching camp and National championship being conducted at Kanyakumari from 1st to 3rd February 2023
He was all praise for secretary sports council on providing full cooperation and support for conducting the coaching camp in professional way. He urged the athletes to know all about their chosen sports from the basic to advance and insisted them to work hard on it so as to make themselves enough capable to give their best in the higher competition/championship with confidence.
Pertinently coaches and members from the association including sports council officials have been engaged for successful conduct of the coaching camp.
