JAMMU, Dec 11: Former Deputy chief minister Dr Nirmal Singh felicitated Budding cricketers Yudhvir Singh Charak and Vivrant Sharma at his residence in Panjgrain today.
Dr Nirmal singh congratulated and felicitated Speedster Yudhvir Singh Charak ( highest wicket taker for J&K in Vijay Hazare trophy) and batsman Vivrant sharma ( 2nd highest run scorer for JK) for their performances in Vijay Hazare trophy.
